"This firm goes well beyond the standard. Not only do they offer competitive rates, but their service is outstanding. For example, they called me prior to me receiving a request to provide my insurer with proof of a monitored alarm system. In another example when my rental car was hit while parked, they review the damage report and provided proof that the rental car company was making a bogus claim.
